My artist name is slpless
Are you currently working on a project, like an EP or track? If so, can you give us a teaser? :
I'm currently working on an album, called lovelii. I'm very excited to see where it ends up. I released one of the tracks a few days ago, It's titled "Heartstrings"
What &/ who inspired you to create music? :
I remember vividly what really got me into making music. It started with discovering Nujabes, I absolutely loved the music and style. I remember diving down a YouTube rabbit hole after that, discovering similar songs and artists. What introduced me into lofi was a mix called "Get Some Rest" by chilled cow. That mix changed everything for me, and after hearing that I knew this was something I wanted to pursue.
How is your creative process like? :
My creative process really depends on the day. Sometimes songs and lyrics will come to me easily, and other times I sit there for hours and end up deleting everything I tried. I love sampling from vinyl's that I get at the thrift store, It makes everything so unique.
What's an average day like for you? :
If i'm not working or making music, I love to work on cars, go to car meets, chill at home, hangout with my lovely girlfriend, just adventure and enjoy life.
What advice would you give someone following in your footsteps? :
Just go for it. People are going to doubt you and tell you not to do it, but its not their place to tell you something like that. If it makes you happy, you should chase it and never stop.
